Ananth Agastya

Mr. Anantha Agasthya is an alumnus of IIT Chennai and IIMB. He has extensive technical experience and management experience of over four decades in the public and private sectors, including management education experience of close to 20 years. Mr. Agasthya served as the Dean and Executive Director of the HAL Management Academy before his retirement in 2015. Post retirement, he has remained active in the aerospace sector and has presented papers at the Naval Aviation Expo Conference in 2018. Presently, Mr. Agasthya is serving as the principal facilitator of ILIFESigmoid which is a professional body committed to developing people to improve individual and organizational effectiveness. He is a visiting faculty at the IIMB-TBS GMAE program on project management and entrepreneurship, in which he blends technology management and systems engineering.

Dr. Vijaya R

Dr. Vijaya R is an assistant professor of psychology, school of sciences, at Christ University, Bengaluru. She has an M.Sc and PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from Mangalore University, and has also earned a postgraduate diploma in human resources management from KSOU. Continuing her career in the human resources field, Dr. Vijaya has authored articles and book chapters on organizational behavior and conducts research work in the area of downsizing organization and employee retention. Along with presenting research papers at various international and national conferences, she has also conducted various workshops, lectures and training programs in schools and colleges. Dr. Vijaya is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green belt, a Lumina Spark Practitioner, and a Lean expert. Her clientele includes the manufacturing industry, as well as the luxury, hospitality and education sectors.

Sadegh Babaii Kochekseraii

Dr. Sadegh Babaii is an alumnus of the Imperial College, London, from where he obtained his B.Eng in mechanical engineering. He is also an alumnus of University of Manchester from where he obtained his master’s degree in Engineering Solid Mechanics and his PhD in Applied Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma and Lean Innovation Black Belt. He is also a Certified Professional Innovator from IAOIP and also its certification committee member. Dr. Sadegh Babaii is also a Lean Innovation entrepreneur through the Global Innovation Social Café, which is an extremely powerful tool for empowering community innovation by combining and directing the Wisdom of Crowd wisdom (Medici Effect) and the proven Ideation-TRIZ tools of critical thinking. He has successfully led several social cafe and product innovation projects to fruition.
