If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our Cancellation Policy, before the use of our courses. 

The following terms are applicable for any products/services that you purchased with us.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

Business Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Innovascape Located at 200/11, 11th cross road, Wilson Garden, Bengaluru 560027, IN.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to our Site, accessible from https://innovascape.in/

You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to cancel, you have to cancel the product within 30 hours of your purchase. 

In order for the product to be eligible for a Cancellation, make sure these conditions are met:

• Product wasn’t used 
• Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Products= Digital courses

After we receive your cancellation request, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund (refund will be initiated only if the cancellation is made within 30 hours of purchase). If the product is cancelled post 30 hours NO Refund will be initiated. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. If the payment was made thru bank the following information is needed to be provided: Full name, Account Number, IFSC Number, Bank Name, Branch name.
