  • Subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Access automatically expires at the end of the subscription period
  • No automatic renewal – manual renewal required to continue access

4. Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed through Razorpay’s secure payment gateway
  • Multiple payment methods are supported (credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking)
  • Payment confirmation is required before course access is granted

4.2 Payment Verification

5. Exceptional Circumstances

5.1 Technical Errors Only

Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following limited circumstances:

  • Payment Gateway Errors: If payment is deducted but subscription is not activated due to gateway issues
